At First Step Fitness, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find that the sizing isn't quite right, don't worry! Here's our hassle-free return policy tailored just for you:
To initiate a return due to sizing issues, please make sure your item remains in pristine, unused condition.
Your items must be returned in their original state - unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage. Trying on your item is perfectly acceptable, but please refrain from wearing it. Items that show signs of wear may not be eligible for return processing. Please ensure your return falls within our 7-day return window for New Zealand customers or 21 days for international customers from the date of delivery.
When sending back your item, we'll provide you with the necessary address via email. Please ensure that your item is securely packaged.
For return shipping, kindly utilize your local post shop and retain the tracking information in case of transit issues. Once we receive your return, we'll promptly organize the size exchange for you. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered by First Step Fitness. Additionally, original shipping costs are non-refundable as they are an unavoidable expense for us. If we replace an item with a different size, we'll cover the return shipping to you. However, if the item still doesn't fit after the second attempt, we'll deduct the second shipping cost from the original purchase amount and refund the difference.
If you're dissatisfied with any items, you're welcome to return them for store credit. Any refunds processed will be minus shipping costs incurred and may also exclude applicable fees.
Rest assured, all our products undergo rigorous quality control checks and are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that a product doesn't meet our high standards, please notify us promptly. We'll assess each case individually and may issue store credit upon return of the goods.
Shipping
For domestic New Zealand orders, we use CourierPost, and for international deliveries, we rely on NZ Post. While we strive to provide timely delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee specific time frames due to our reliance on third-party courier services. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 48-72 hours of placing it. International orders may take up to 45 days for delivery, depending on the courier company.
Please bear in mind that we do not ship on weekends, so orders placed on Fridays will likely be shipped on the following Monday.
